It's bad enough you have to get out the car because no drive thru and I had major surgery you already don't feel good and they act snooty like their crap don't stink....

Used the walk up window at 7pm on Monday 3/4/19. If employees are to busy to wait on customers at the window why not roll down the shade and put closed sign on it? I am particularly perturbed...
