We are Atlanta's Martial Arts for fitness innovator now a full CrossFit box too! With over two decades of experience, there is no place that can offer the level of instruction and quality of facilities. Our fitness kickboxing programs are top notch and have achieved some amazing results, many of those results have been posted here on Yelp. If Mixed Martial Arts is more your speed, then you have found the right place. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, BJJ, program is world class, placing in the top 10 nationally for almost a decade. Our MMA team has a 90% win percentage and we have 7 black belts on staff, including 5th degree black belt Kazeka Muniz.
