The Bessie Branham park is a great place for a festival. It has plenty of field as well as trees for shade. (I would bring my picnic blanket next time!) The "spring fling" has enough tents set up...

Kirkwood Spring Fling is an annual festival and tour of homes held in Atlanta's historic Kirkwood neighborhood. As the primary fundraiser for the Kirkwood Neighbors Organization (KNO), this vibrant event brings together thousands of residents from across the metro area for a day of community, fun, and celebration.
Featuring a 5K road race, a tour of Kirkwood's historic and newly constructed homes, a wing fling competition, a kids area, an artist market, and a variety of food options, the Spring Fling Festival offers something for everyone.
