By far the worst company that I have ever dealt with. "Customer Service" is a joke. I can't reach a person to talk to. I strongly advise....go with another WiFi provider. This is not worth the trouble

Quick synopsis...I work from home and lead teams/virtual events and this is the THIRD time in 2 months the network has failed for no scheduled reason--leaving me and my customers high and dry....

Awful customer service. I was told I couldn't talk to anyone on a Sunday nor could they help verify my bill on a Sunday. If I could give them zero stars I would. How embarrassing for them.
