I've had nothing but positive experiences here at Kindbody. The place is set up so beautifully and it is so warm and inviting and does not feel clinical and sterile like normal doctors offices....

Very very bad customer service. I was told over the phone they would accept my insurance before the appointment (for which I pay only $5) and then after my appointment they sent me a $625 bill....
