You pay for the quality. Mrs. Kim is a wonderful seamstress. She did the "original hem" on pants for me, did a super complicated evening gown alteration and adjusted my partner's tuxedo pants...

I get my cosplay and costumes altered here and have always been satisfied. Not the best in a time crunch but with plenty if time - they always do a great job
