Established in 1990, Nephron Corporation was the first and only center in Gwinnett County to provide chronic ambulatory peritoneal dialysis ( CAPD ) training and offer Hemodialysis ( HD ) patients who need to be dialyzed in "isolation." Now there are six different clinic locations in Lawrenceville, Snellville, Monroe, Winder, Gainesville, and Duluth.
