Dr. Fogarty is a very nice guy. Enjoyed my visit with him but as I read within another comment, the staff does not perform well with tasks.

Dr Fogarty is ok, he's friendly. The problem is his staff, they are disorganized and cannot handle any request beyond ordinary routine matters.
