Dr. Monica W. Best, MD, joined Reproductive Biology Associates in the fall of 2013 after completing her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Best earned her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Michigan where she graduated with honors and multiple academic awards to her credit. Dr. Best is a native of St. Louis and returned to Missouri for medical school where she was awarded a full academic scholarship to attend the University of Missouri School of Medicine. It was during medical school that Dr. Best became interested in research in reproductive medicine. She was awarded the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship where she did research and later published work on the novel rapid non-genomic actions of sex steroids at the University of Pisa in Pisa, Italy.

Reproductive Biology Associates was established in 1983 as Georgias first IVF program. And that was only the first of many firsts for us: RBA became the first practice in the state to produce an IVF birth. The first on the East Coast to achieve pregnancy from a frozen embryo. The first in the Western Hemisphere to report a birth from frozen donor eggs. And the list goes on. Victoria S. Jiang, M.D., brings a wealth of expertise and a heartfelt commitment to guiding patients through their fertility journey with compassion and personalized care. Dr. Jiang completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She further pursued a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston. Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Jiang plays a pivotal role in the fertility community, serving as the SREI Associate Member Co-Chair on the SREI Board of Directors. A curious and detail-oriented physician, Dr. Jiang provides patient care at SGF Atlanta's Marietta location.
