Kavanaugh Place and Carriage House

Beautiful Kavanaugh Place was built 1920. Kavanaugh Place consists of five bedrooms, three baths; the detached carriage house is two stories with a full kitchen, bed, bath and lounge area. The neighborhood is said to be Ardsley Park's best, overlooking Kavanaugh Park. Spanish moss adorns the big old oak trees. After a bustling day in Savannah's Landmark and Victorian Districts, it's nice to retreat to Ardsley Park the youngest and most southern historic district. To the east lies Bonaventure Cemetary and Tybee Island.
