History

I have played a variety of instruments including the trumpet, baritone, guitar, piano, and multiple percussion instruments. I also have experience with singing groups. As for studio experience, I started producing and mixing music fall of 2014 initially with Garageband and later upgrading to Logic Pro during two Michigan Technological University introductory courses in 2015. Starting in Fall 2017, I became an apprentice at the Soundlab Producing and Recording studio in downtown Milwaukee. I plan to continue gaining more experience in all of these areas as time goes on to continue learning and growing as an overall artist.

Specialties

I'm Yomi also sometimes known as DJ Kasanova. I'm the owner and founder of Kasanova Productions, LLC. I'm a practicing Producer, Mixer, Musician, Event and Wedding DJ, Dancer, and Creative Consultant currently working in the Milwaukee area. I am currently a regular DJ at Gibraltar MKE, a producing intern at the Soundlab in Downtown Milwaukee, and I teach Beginner Salsa Lessons in Downtown Milwaukee.
