Joash Harcey, PA-C

Bernadette Skruck, PA-C, specializes in Cardiothoracic Surgery. Her special interests include Endoscopic Vein and Artery Harvesting and first assisting in the operating room on procedures including CABG, Valve, Aorta, LVAD, Minimally Invasive Mitral Valve, Impella Insertion, Thoracotomy/VATs, and Robotic-assisted Thoracic procedures. She monitors patients in ICU and PCU and provides care during post- operative appointments. Bernadette is an integral part of the Cardiothoracic Surgery patient care team and has 14 years of Cardiothoracic Surgery experience.

Caroline is a certified Physician Assistant and native of North Augusta. She enjoys providing care for all ages and stages of life and has a passion for preventative medicine. Caroline completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina and received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Augusta University. She is married and has two sons. She loves being able to work in her home town. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys the outdoors, baking, and spending time with her family.
