Went through the drive-thru, and the wait was longer than expected. This seems to be due more to the poor location and building/parking layout rather than the staff. However, the sandwich itself...

I get all the way home, first bite and there is a plastic substance in my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting!Headed back now to get my money back.

Ordered a sandwich and pre-paid on Mobile app. Store hours say open until 10 pm. Arrived at 8:15 pm snd janitor is mopping the floor and store is closed. Say your time and money and eat elsewhere.

We love Jimmy John's normally but this location and staff are horrible. The front door is locked so we drove around back thinking we'd go through the drive through and saw an entrance in the back...
