Ive been to this location in Sugarloaf Pkwy a couple of times and it is a hit or miss, although the service is constantly bad. They will roll their eyes on your for asking for extra stuff....

i am soooo happy they added this to the menu. thank youuuu, it's like you listened to my true hearts desires. (tried to make this at publix 3 days ago, let's just say they didn't meet the vision)...

Apparently they're out the f lettuce. No one said anything nor was there a sign on the window. Got home and both sandwiches had no lettuce nor a pickle slice. However they did replace the lettuce...

Jimmy John's has the best barbecue chips I've ever had in my life! I had the Turkey sub here and thought it was ok but not good enough to get again

Sandwiches are great and someone from our office orders from them everyday. As I understand from the drivers our office park is their largest customer. Interesting that their app says they do...
