Jason Wells, MD

Jason Wells, M.D., graduated in 2002 with an undergraduate degree in Microbiology and in 2007 he earned his Medical Degree all from The University of Michigan. In 2014 he from completed his residency at Greenville Health System. Doctor Wells is board certified in General Surgery. Dr. Wells has been practicing medicine for 14 years. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Wells was a general surgeon at AMITA Health- St. Mary's in Kankakee, IL. He specializes in skin and soft tissue surgery with a particular interest in cases that can be done robotically. He has a passion for sports and is keenly interested in children and youth having opportunities to pursue sports for fun. Any live sporting event in the area will draw his attention. In his spare time, Dr. Wells enjoys spending time traveling and making new memories with his family. He enjoys immersing himself in new cultures and experiencing the culinary traditions of whatever location he visits. Dr. Wells is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
