the staff made me feel at home. I felt safe and comfortable. The room had everything I needed. The management went out of their way to speak to me and at least say hi every time they saw me....

I would highly recommend they change their management. We stayed there for a week with no high expectation whatsoever. Yes, you'll save a lot of money compared to the hotels in downtown atlanta...

The site manager is rude, unprofessional and customer service means absolutely nothing to him. You cant pick up mail after 4pm (not a company policy) this is due to the fact of handing out mail...
