Independent Funeral Directors of Georgia, Inc. is a non-profit organization that promotes, supports, strengthens and encourages independently owned funeral homes and the funeral service industry across Georgia. We offer continuing education hours during training events held across the state throughout the year. IFDG monitors Legislation and works closely with our state representatives for the betterment of funeral service while protecting independently owned funeral homes.
