Imagine Life Yoga

History

I created Imagine Life Yoga to serve members of the Barrow County community (and nearby communities). I teach in studios outside of Barrow County, but I wanted to find a way to make yoga more accessible to those within my home community. For that reason, I come to the client's location and tailor instruction to his/her needs. I also offer drop-in classes in the community for people to practice together regularly.

Specialties

I offer private, small group, and large group classes in and near Barrow County, GA. I will come to your location, or you can drop into any of the public classes I teach each month. My classes are appropriate for beginners through advanced practitioners! Each class includes a guided breathing session, warm-up, dynamic sequence, cool-down, and guided relaxation.
