Awful!!! Very unprofessional staff with no customer service skills. I had a gift certificate for a massage and facial. When I tried to book they said the massage therapist was out. She kept trying...

I can't speak to the experience of the reviewer beneath me, but my service at this establishment was fine. I didn't go for a massage, I went for a highlights and a cut, and I was very satisfied...
