This historic building recently had renovations. Beautiful views of downtown. Well lit and lots of parking nearby being near Georgia State University.

We've been here for nearly two years and the bloom is off the rose. Zero amenities, even though property owners have claimed some are coming for years. There's been a Starbucks's "coming soon"...
