Huber Engineered Materials, headquartered in Atlanta, was established in 1998 by combining J.M. Huber Corporation s Engineered Minerals Division and Chemicals Division. It is a part of J.M. Huber Corporation, a family-owned business, established in 1883. The company provides engineered materials, natural resources and technology-based services to customers. Huber Engineered Materials customers represent various industries, including pharmaceutical and nutritional, food and beverages, paints and coatings, oral care, paper products, rubber and plastic, inks, wire and cable, and contract manufacturing industries. Its line of products includes silica and silicates, calcium carbonate, kaolin, alumina trihydrate, magnesium hydroxide and barium sulphate.
