Hot Cafe 2 is a curious place. Before, it was called Baan Rao, then they were closed for a while before reopening. Then they closed and then open, and then redid the interiors a number of times....

I am not sure if I initially liked Thaidings because a) its actually decent, b) the lack of other options in this cool little Downtown area, or c) because my expectations were so low going in....
