History
We started as one of 5 stores in a small stip mall in the 1950s by Frank and Lilly Mae Green. It was family run until 1995 when Ed Waller Jr. purchased it. Not much has changed over the years. The store has grown into one of two stores in the strip. We still pride ourselves on hometown service and are always willing to go the extra mile. We have one of the best wine and beer selections in north Georgia and carry choice or prime cuts of wet aged beef. Our homemade chicken salad might be the best in the world!!

Very helpful & excellent meat! Found this gem after being newly arrived to Gainesville & in need of a good prime rib for Christmas, it was delicious! Great local grocery!

Great place to find local or just not your typical grocery brands. I mainly come for the deli items. Everything is fresh and it tastes like it. The broccoli salad is amazing.

Fir years they have been doing bbq and pork chops on BFE's out on the side porch. They are accomplished pit masters. Lately they have added a steam table adjacent to the meat counter in the back...
