I like the staff but the owner's/manager's choice to not offer their restroom to paying customers resulted in me taking my business elsewhere.

I went to go get a basic trim however right after we went home I noticed there were some strands of my hair that were purely uncut and it was an overall sloppy job with uneven ends

I took my 13 year old granddaughter to get a basic straight across the bottom trim and I had to come home and take another 21/2 inches off 1 side of her hair because the cut sloped so drastically...
