Due to the economy being what it is, I can no longer afford these guys. Emailed them to cancel. To my horror, they slapped me with a $115 cancellation fee as a going-away present....

Their customer service is excellent. Always very professional and friendly!!! If we see a bug or two in the house they will quickly come out to assess and fix it. Wouldn't use any other company...
