History
Good Day Studio opened in the fall of 2016 in Lilburn, Ga, to offer project-based art classes to kids and adults. Good Day Studio has been a dream of the owners, Mark and Christy Watkins, for years, as a way to bring high-quality arts instruction to kids and to offer projects and media that can be tough to teach in a standard art classroom. Mark, the primary instructor, taught in Dekalb County public schools for 5 years in both middle and elementary school. Christy, the business and PR manager, is also a labor & delivery nurse at Grady and a Lactation Consultant. They have 4 kids, 2 cats, and a dog, and every spring they attempt to grow a garden.
