History

Gloria started creating and designing custom cakes about 7 years ago after 27 years at IBM. Wanting to do something fun and creative, she discovered Atlanta had one of the premier sugar art instructors, Nicholas Lodge, and took nearly every class Nick offered. Gloria's business has grown by word of mouth; people seemed surprised our cakes look and taste good. She says,
