Respectfully, I am very careful with my reviews especially this one. Michael stated that he could not get to the electrical box because he could not move furniture. (The house was vacant, btw)...

Michael did a very thorough job. He walked me through all of the items that needed to be fixed as well as pointed out key things such as main water shut offs , etc.
