the service here is amazing. I called to see if she was able to fix my backpack and she told me to bring it in. she reinforced the broken part and had me out in less then 5 minutes! all for under $5!

They can hem a pair of jeans so it looks like the original hem. Can't tell at all. Amazing. Love them.
