Very rude and unprofessional. Block phone calls.. they say they call you but it only shows on their phone , will not leave voice mails ..always excuses. Do not recommend them at all.

One Star Is Too Much I wanted to support a local small business, but General Appliance makes that feel like a mistake. They were three days late to begin with--no calls, no updates, just silence....

what a mess. whirlpool sent us to them so the "appointment " was a guy stopping by and saying yep it's the compressor. no word after 3 days. they won't answer the phone.

Terrible service. Make appointments but never show. Left several messages to ask when they could come but never got a return call. They charge to come give a estimate on repair then never show...
