Fries Above the Rest is owned and operating by military veteran Shi Shaw. For over ten years she has had the concept but it wasn't until the pandemic that owner Shi decided to step out of her comfort zone and open first of many stores. A Philly native and lover of fries Shi Shaw wanted to bring her love for potatoes to the South but with a twist. Fries Above the Rest offer all sorts of flavors and toppings that will having you becoming a potato head.

Specialties
