Fred Young, MD

Eva Moore, MD specializes in General Surgery. Her special interests include breast surgery, minimally invasive abdominal wall hernia repair, gallbladder disease, soft tissue and skin masses, and feeding access. She also performs thyroid operations and peritoneal dialysis access surgery. Dr. Moore is a member of the Piedmont Clinic Board of Directors. She is involved with the Oncology Committee and Quality Committee at Piedmont Athens Regional. As an associate professor at the AU-UGA Medical Partnership, she often has third year medical students rotating in her office. Esther Wallach, M.D. is board certified in Internal Medicine. She was born in California and grew up in the Netherlands, where she received her medical degree from The University of Amsterdam. She went on to complete her internal medicine residency at Piedmont Athens Regional. Prior to joining the practice, Dr. Wallach was Medical Director of the Community Care Clinic and a core faculty member for the internal medicine residency program. Dr. Wallach treats patients ages 18 and above. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans. In her spare time, Dr. Wallach enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons.

Dr. Bour earned his medical degree at The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He then attended The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center where he completed a residency in General Surgery. Dr. Bour is board certified in Surgery, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and has over 23 years of experience. Dr. Bour specializes in General and Minimally Invasive (Laparoscopic) Surgery. His special interests include Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), Hiatal and Paraesophageal Hernia Repair, and surgical diseases of the intestinal tract. In his spare time, Dr. Bour enjoys home improvement projects, woodworking, and spending time with his wife Katie, their family and their two dogs Bailey and Joey.
