I bring my children here and at first the ladies at the desk seem stand-offish, but they are actually nice. its quite and my kids love going so that's a plus.

My daughter just started her treatment for braces and on her 2nd visit one of the brackets fell off & on the 3rd visit, they did not cut the wire short enough, which caused it to cut up her...

The women in this office is pathetic, the attitude and horrible customer service is astounding..the fact that the doors are open is alarming .. they just need to do better as people, why show up...

I am so highly disappointed. My daughter has been going to them since they went from Kool Smiles to franklin dental and she will be 8 years old. Since the new change they have become horrible....
