If you are using 4 Paws you better hope your pet doesn't have an emergency during a holiday week or after hours. Dr. Whitlow is just "not available", and you can figure it out on your own. Or...

4 paws has been my babies vet for the past 4 years. I like the vet, yeah some of the front desk could use some manors.
