I do not teach any sort of religion. I simply teach people to love themselves and life a little more by relieving stress, and restoring a youthful mobility that time has robbed from them.

This is a non traditional yoga studio, more for the America mind and body. We focus on the therapeutics of yoga. If you are looking for an intense sweaty workout try our Hot Yoga Feeling more like the middle of the road or a beginner All Levels is for you. Just in the mood for a relaxing stress reliever Deep Stretch is your class. No chanting or contracts. We do offer Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga classes too.
