First City Network
First City Network is Georgia's oldest LGBTQIA organization, founded in 1985 by courageous gay and lesbian pioneers who sought to create a safe community in Savannah despite facing discrimination and violence. From its humble beginnings in members' living rooms, FCN has grown to become a prominent advocate for promoting and embracing the cultural diversity of the community, working alongside other LGBTQIA organizations to establish the First City Pride Center.
As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, FCN relies on tax-deductible donations to support its socials, events, and newsletter, which serve as platforms for making new friends, providing coming out support, and encouraging volunteerism. While a new website is under construction, interested individuals can find upcoming events on FCN's Facebook page.
