First Choice Primary Care is a non-profit community health center that has been serving the Macon and Warner Robins areas since 2007. Led by Dr. Timothy Graves and a team of dedicated doctors and nurse practitioners, they provide quality healthcare to insured, uninsured, and underserved individuals, while also collaborating with other community agencies to address the health needs of their patients.
