Hospitality is non existent at that establishment, if you're black or Hispanic don't expect the workers to greet you or have a good attitude while taking your order. Normally I don't pull the race...

Firehouse Subs is my favorite sub place. I especially love their Steamer with extra black olives. I've not had a bad experience yet and I try to go there at least once a month.
