History

Findley Commercial Properties serves light industrial and technology companies who need easy access to Atlanta's northeast corridors of I-85, 985, Sugarloaf Parkway, Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Buford Highway Our family has been working with the Duluth community since the late 1800s. Back then Duluth was a small farming town, and Findley Bros. owned a cotton mill and the local seed and feed store. By the early 1970s, Guy Findley saw that Duluth was transitioning away from farming and toward a business-based economy. They began buying land, investing in industrial space, and developing industrial parks. After over 100 years in Duluth, you might guess that we're pretty heavily invested in the community. You'd be right. We think this allows us to offer something most leasing companies can't: a sincere commitment to our tenants' success that reflects well on our Family name.
