I've been for happy hour a few times. If you get there I'd say before 6 the music level is ok, especially during the weekday. After 6, expect to have to yell at the person next to you. My friends...

Can't beat the happy hour for $5 & premium drinks for $6 on Friday. Service was good and bartenders attentive. It's a lounge so music is as expected but good vibes & a good time.
