Femfitique! has moved her location to Braselton, GA. Kathy Jordan, Professional Fitness Coach, created Femfitique to give women a private, professional, chic training studio where she can learn about nutrition, how to train effectively/efficiently , network with other women, release negativity, gain confidence, let down her defenses, breathe deeply, to relieve stress & to regenerate, all in a comfortable & safe environment. Kathy offers women the opportunity to be trained by a woman who has a passion for fitness & healthy living. She has the education, knowledge and experience(20+ years) to train women & to motivate them to change their lifestyle to include fitness for life. If you want to lose weight, run a 10k, be fitter for tennis, look better in your clothes, tone up for your wedding, Kathy can help you set & achieve your goals. If you like to workout with others, sign up for boot camp. If you want personal, customized training then private sessions are best for you.

Femfitique's owner and only Professional Fitness Coach is Kathy Jordan, who has a Bachelor's of Science with a degree in Exercise Physiology and course work in premed. She knows how the female body works and functions and the nutritional requirements necessary to be healthy mentally and physically. Managing your lifestyle is imperative in order to reduce stress and to fit your training and healthy eating habits into your daily schedule. Consistency is the Key to being successful in losing weight and getting fitter. You need good instruction to prevent injury and to learn how to exercise properly.
