Michael is argumentative, unhelpful, and generally unfriendly. And the other associates are just as disinterested in helping you out when you come in. No one says hello, goodbye, or thank you....

I've used this FedEx multiple times for shipping, printing, and returns. It's is usually fairly quick, and the employees are always super helpful and friendly.

Just had an awful experience with the asshole at the counter. Do NOT go to this location--whoever was working the desk at 3:30 on 3/8 was so rude for absolutely no reason. Go to another location.
