Southeastern Lumber Manufacturers Association (SLMA) is a prominent trade association representing solid sawn lumber manufacturing operations, lumber remanufacturing operations, lumber treating operations, and their suppliers across the Southeastern United States. With a membership footprint spanning from Texas to Maryland, SLMA serves 90 member companies operating over 130 locations, employing over 13,000 people and managing more than 2 million acres of timberland. SLMA's mission is to maintain and enhance the lumber industry as a whole, fostering collaboration among its members to achieve common goals. As a vital resource for the industry, SLMA provides valuable support, resources, and networking opportunities to sawmills, lumber treaters, and lumber remanufacturers, contributing to the growth and sustainability of the rural economies across the Southeast.Generated from the website
