Well here we go again. Should've learned the first time they hurt our cats. As if it wasn't bad enough they cut my cat while shaving her, my mother decided to take our other two cats to Family Pet...

Staff members are friendly and I'm thankful I was able to make an appointment last minute for my animal and reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back.

I've been here about 4 times now and went in today and they had 0 recollection of my puppy and he was no where in the system? After waiting a long time for an appointment I already had scheduled....
