Got to the hotel after 3pm and the room was not ready. Front desk didn't have idea about when the room will be ready. There is no manager or supervisor here.

This property doesn't meet the Marriott standards in anyway. The facility is a throw back to the 80's. The rooms smell bad, the carpet is old and gross the the shower area smelled of bleach....
