I know someone that is saying there and the staff all not nice and giving them a hard time and they are very rude. They disrespectful. Do not stay here it the worst, and nothing works there

OLD, reserved room month n advance not ready hour after check in time. Did comp us an extra room but that's not what i wanted really. No ice machine in building! Expensive vending machines!...

Naw, keep it moving and stay somewhere else.. I stayed one night.. booked my room with a company app and credit card but when I show up the receptionist says no of the type of rooms that I booked...

This hotel is a bit older. But for what you pay, it is great. The staff are friendly and it's clean. Elisha at the afternoon shift is fantastic and super attentive. I will definitely stay here...
