We never had any issues with them. We are in... out... quick... and for a franchised mechanic, we don't feel like they ever gouged us. It's not always cheap, but sometimes the repairs are necessary.

Went in for an oil change, they were professional and quick. Normal procedure they checked stuff and let me know of potential future problems.
