This means our program has undergone an independent, voluntary, and rigorous peer evaluation in accordance with nationally recognized bariatric surgical standards. The Emory Bariatric Center at Johns Creek is devoted exclusively to the needs of those suffering from morbid obesity. Designed as a dedicated bariatric unit, the center features specialized medical equipment, custom beds, and special furniture to meet the needs of our patients. The hospital's dedicated bariatric floor includes a comfortable community room where patients and family members can spend time together.
