Since 2004, Emory Family Medicine at Dunwoody has been serving the Dunwoody community. Our Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model aims to enhance the delivery of comprehensive primary care to children, adolescents, and adults. We've even received a Level 3 accreditation (the highest) from the NCQA, a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. In essence, a "medical home" provides more personalized care, meaning you get a whole team of people who know you and work together to give you the best care.
