For men's sole and heel repair, they do excellent work. I've had 3 pairs of Allen Edmonds done by them and I've been impressed by their materials and durability.

Ask for heavy starch & got no starch. Overcharged 50 cents per pair of jeans than initially quoted! I will never go back again! They should close their doors! Alan James

I took a pair of sandals to have a little piece of the elastic strap replaced. The strap was too long, even after two visits and the stitching was amateurish. I would not recommend their shoe repair.
